How does your day begin?



Breakfast is the most important meal during the day. It seems all  know about it. However, some people still miss breakfast. This is not recommended, because in the morning our body requires  some energy to get started. Meal is our energy source. 
Some people don't like breakfast, because they have an association "breakfast = porridge" :) And they are badly mistaken! Breakfast may be various, if you have a little bit of imagination. 
Today I want to suggest you one of the interesting variant of the breakfast: oatmeal pancake.
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons of the oatmeal
  • a few pieces of frozen strawberries
Preparation:
Crush the banana with a fork, add the oatmeal, and bake in a pan without oil on both sides.
